We try our best to ensure that orders are delivered on time. Please keep in mind that no orders will be processed or delivered on the weekend. All orders are shipped to the address as stated by the customers when the orders are placed through our shopping cart. All orders are shipped by US Postal Service Priority Mail. Our goal is to stock all the items we sell. However fraud prevention, credit approval, order volume, system problems, weather conditions, and other variables can affect processing. Sunday and holiday deliveries are not available at this time. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following Monday pending payment authorization.

Most media items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via USPS Media Mail service. You can expect your order to arrive within 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Media items include most books, music, films, computer-readable media and some other forms of printed media weighing less than 70 lbs.
- Standard Ground, normally 3-8 bus. days
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- Third Day, normally 3 business days

Unless otherwise noted, products sold by ROCKinSPORTS are covered by our 15-day money back guarantee, must be in brand new condition not used or played with! Defective items will be replaced buyers responsibility to ship items back. Cancellation or Refunds will be charged our shipping & handling fees, once your package is ready to be shipped and then cancel or refunded even free shipping you will be charge our shipping & handling fees.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by ROCKinSPORTS must accompany all returns.
- RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 15 days from the date the product was shipped. After 15 days, all product returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider.
- All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
- All products must be returned in lNEW condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.
- ROCKinSPORTS will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.
- ROCKinSPORTS will not honor requests for exchanges under any circumstances.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid buyer responsibility.
